Minineo is a Neopets fansite that has a main focus of character creation within a supportive community.
Is MiniNeo Legal?
Sure is! If you read Neopets' graphic rules, it states as long as you are not claiming the images as your own or having them on a commercial site, they're fine to use.
Do I have to pay to play MiniNeo?
You sure don't! MiniNeo is free to play.
Why was MiniNeo founded?
MiniNeo was created as a place for users who wanted to expand upon characters more than Neopets would allow. The rules are often found to be restricting on the
original Neopets and fansites can often be found to be a wonderful experience! We also wanted to have a supportive community that would allow these characters to
thrive and grow.
Do I have to be a current or former member of Neopets or any other Neopets fansites to play MiniNeo?
Nope! You just have to promise to be cool and not cause drama. :)
Do I have to have played Neopets before the conversion to play here?
Nope! Same as above, just no drama and be cool. :)

If I'm under 13, can I play MiniNeo?
Users under the age of 13 are not allowed to join MiniNeo. This in compliance with the
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) . You will be banned if you lied to join and are under 13.
Who are the owners or MiniNeo and how can I contact them?
The two owners of MiniNeo are the users Fey and Sarah. Those accounts are their personal accounts that they work on characters with, if you need to
contact them on-site, please mail the account Admin. You may also email minineo.team@gmail.com.
How can I (or a friend) get an account at MiniNeo?
They must apply to join once applications are open to the public.
Can my friend access my account to look around?
No, you are not allowed to let anybody but yourself into your account.
You may show them around while they are standing behind you watching, though.
May I access MiniNeo from multiple places?
As long as you are not letting other people into your account, yes.
Can I talk about other pet/web sites on MiniNeo?
Yep you can!
Can I talk about cheating on other pet/web sites on MiniNeo?
No, you cannot. Please keep this off of our site.
How do I become a moderator or administration?
Right now there doesn't seem to be a need for admins but in the future we may hold applications and hand pick thoses who have proved themselves to be
trustworthy and patient people :)
What can I do to help the site?
Stay active! Really, user help/feedback is the biggest thing we need. :) We also would love any pet submissions you have for colors and species!

Play the games, commission other users, enter contests!
How many pets can I have?
Each user is allowed 20 pets.
Can I name my pet anything I want?
Yep! Even if it is taken by another user, you can name you pet anything you'd like that is not breaking the rules.
You can use symbols/spaces also! The only symbols you cannot use are periods (.) or slashes (/).
Also, you cannot name two of your pets the same name.
